Why we're slow on purpose
Instant apartment searches read listing sites, which update on their own schedule. A unit can still show as available after it’s leased, and a filter can drop one of your requirements without saying so.
LeaseLoop goes to each building's own website and checks it during your hunt. That takes longer than an instant search. We think that's a fair trade for knowing a unit is actually available before you pick up the phone.
